Contract

so I walk in a Vodacom shop, with the intention of taking out an iPhone contract. The lady there, who sits on the chair and supposed to greet us customers and send us on our way to our relevant consultation booths, did not greet me, but she greeted the people who were behind me. I asked her about taking out a contract, she just threw a pamphlet in my face and told me to go through it. I also asked her about the insurance, she told me that they were offline , but her tone was condescending, I felt so cheap. well at least Telkom mobile and cell c staff were helpful and kind to me. I really am offended and to think that I have been with Vodacom for years
