contract

All I can say is pathetic network, I app**** for a contract and left the branch with the cellphone, only to be told out side the branch that I actually don't qualify for the contract. I received pathetic service with regards to my contract deal. Voadcom 4 u and Cellucity was responsible for the inconvenience and time waisted. After a long day of calls to cellu city I still was not sorted out, my question is how do you qualify and the next minute you dont, how do you qualify at one voadcom and not the other. And to make things worst I paid for the connection fee and recieved the cellphone , and once I was outside the branch I was called back. Pathetic service and a reminder to never get a vodacome contract at vodacom4u and cellucity
