I am soo dissapointed WITH VODACOM.In 2015 I took out a cellphone contract for an Iphone 4 with insurance.In 2016 December my phone was damaged didnt want to switch on .I took the phone in for repairs and was assisted by a guy named Jones vodacim Parow Centre.

He told me its going to take 14 days for the whole process.I waited till February 2017 without any correspondence as to what is going on.When i got there at Vodacom Parow Centre i was told my phone was returned unfixed cause find my Iphone application was on ( The guy who assisted me in December did not deactivate that option).I understood and I deactivated the service and they rebooked the phone in.

Again waited for about 2 weeks with no response.I called Vodacom Insurance and was advised the phone was returned back to the store as they sent a quote a week ago and was no response.Went to the store and was given my phone back still not working.I then decided to wait for an upgrade which was in September.

I upgraded to a motorola which i also wanted insurance for.Last week i was ****** and my phone was taken.Reported the phone and boom was told the phone insured is the iphone and not the Motorola i upgraded to.

Now im still waiting from the insurance and if they cannot assist me I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR AN IPHONE I STOPPED USING BECAUSE OF THEM.
