Contract

I was having 2 contracts with Vodacom which I wanted to terminate but the consultant by the name of Boitumelo advised that they can give me better offer. Which includes 200 minutes, 200sms, 5gig data every month .I was advised that 1st month I will receive 10gig which I received. Last month I received less than 2 gig of data which I have been seeking for solutions since the 1st up to now the matter is not resolved. I don't know if it was a false advertising or if it was true. The consultant have been escalating the matter with team leader Keketso who is very *********** she promise to call you back but never return the call.I was told the manager's name is Kabelo Molusi but all consultant are refusing to give me the email address to contact him. Can someone at vodacom assist me please
