Like many others, the price increase in the middle of a 2 years contract is unacceptable. I am hoping the sms sent out was a generic sms for all vodacom users but only app**** to new customers. That being said i have upgraded 2 of my contract on the vodacom website which by the way is pathetic in terms of response rate, an email was generated for the first contract with shipping info from Ram but not call from vodacom to confirm delivery. the second contract also went through but with no email confirmation and is sitting in the air somewhere.<br> <br> please contact me regarding the 2 contracts.
