<p>My problem stated when my contract was to expire,I received smses reminding me about renewing but thought I'll do it when I get gym.Few days later (October 2016) my sim card and tablet where not working I thought it was network or something I left it for about 3 weeks and went to vodacom southgate to enquire but to my surprise I was then treated like a crimal and told that i did an upgrade 4 an S7 and did a swim swap,I was then put on the phone with the call centre where I was told that ***** department was dealing with my account and told to email my documents and fax which I did in the store and told to wait for 14 days which I waited for a month but got nothing from vodacom and mind u the debit order was going through and on m side no service.Made few more calls and ssend from jhb call centre to midrand and cape town and the calls being dropped I then decided to drive to midrand vodacom in december where I saw a consultant.I asked the consultant to log a complain about my situation and asked him to investigate why am I being debited for a contract which is under investigation and not getting my data and gave him the instruction to cancel my contract for renewal but to date I'm being debited and my contract has expired.I feel vodacom employees are working with ********** to get cellphones as they are the only ones knowing which account is due for renewal.Its Feb now and still no call from vodacom after a manager promised me but my account is still debited.</p>
