So in 2021, you guys authorized a data plan on our account without our authorization, the company who called me was REWARDSCO.

I requested to cancel it as I never agreed to it but was never assisted. For a year and a half I have fought with VODACOM to get the recording, till eventually I found the only helpful person in VODACOM that helped me and got the recording and he organized to have it send to TableBay mall voda store. In that store I listened to a CLEAR RECORDING of me NOT AGREEING to the data plan stating i would like to CANCEL EVERYTHING REGARDING MY NUMBER! but yet a data plan was authorized and my account has been charged every month since!!

I dont know where you find it in any way LEGAL and I will be requesting the recording to be sent to me personally in order to take the matter further with my LAWYER, and the OMBUDSMAN!
