Continuously locked phone - Service request ***

My upgrade was done in June at the Vodacom shop in Lenasia, since the application was done i started receiving sms's from Vodacom stating that i have reached 50% limit and so forth. When i queried them they told me it's glitch in their new system that i have been migrated to and to ignore the messages. From the 5th August the sms stated that my phone has been soft locked due to credit limit bar, when i call the customer care they told me they will unlock the phone but it will lock again due to this and i must speak to the accounts department. on Monday 08/08/2016 i finally get through to accounts after an hour of being sent from pillar to post only for the consultatnt to tell me they can'tr assist me and she will put back to customer care. A service request was eventually logged on the same day at 08:47 and was told that i will have feedback between 1 and 48 hours as the issue has to do with incresing the credit limit. I have to call the call twice a day to unlock my line and as of 14/08/2016 the voice prompts tell me i have reached my limit and must use a landline to phone them(utter BS). i was also told to go to a Vodacom store to call customer aquisitions which i did as they have a certain caode to access and cannot be put through from customer services. It is now 15/08 and still no call back as promised by various consultants from customer care ,solutions department or customer acquisitions. I called today at 08:30 and was told the system is slow and i will get a call back within 30 minutes, still waiting at 11:00. I will be cancelling my upgrade as i have 3 months to do so and will not be paying the cancellation charges either.
