Continuous Pathetic service
things have gotten even worse since my complained on the 11th of Jan, still no one has phoned me, i had to phone to the call center. Finally got everything sorted and phone was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Of course that didn't come, called today, they have the wrong telephone number from Vodacom!!! How the Hell can they have the incorrect number, delivery address and even my surname is spelt wrong

17 Jan 2020, 11:35spoke to the following unhelpful people - Felicia Naidoo and Velossnie Naidoo who first allowed me to retell my whole story before telling me their systems are down then Velossnie who is supposed to be the manager proceeded to tell me how I am wrong to have dialled this number and how i should have done this and that - PATHETIC
