Continuing Blackberry problem

My blackberry spent nearly 3 months at beginning of year, in and out of Vodacom for \software"upgrades.. We live approx 35km from nearest Vodacom and they have to send to Johannesburg. I was messed around so much that I eventually resorted to a threatening phone call. <br> Last few days have presented same sort of issues"
