Continued poor customer service from Vodacom

I wrote a review on 23 December 2023 regarding the unresolved issue of my WIFI router that is not working and the Kolonnade Shop that refused to assist when the router was taken into them. Vodacom closed this saying the shop indicated that that had contacted me. I rep**** on this forum that the shop HAD NOT contacted me. VODACOM YOU HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE MATTER! The router is still not working and Vodacom Kolonnade has NOT contacted me
