Content sevices pushin your account into arears
I have a router that uses avodacom data sim. Since 2023 everymonth vodacom invoice me for content services. Every month i have to ask them for a credit note. Every month i have to explain to them how am i being billed for content services if the sim card is in a router. Every month!!!,,, They send me a credit note sometimes buti cant monitor this every month so now im fed up to a point wheremy account fell in arears. Every month they tell me itsnot their fault and they block content services and i do the same, just to go through the same thing again the month after. After years and because my accout is being suspended now due to payment in arears i went in to the router and found that there is messages coming through from people i dont know also acount information for people i do not knowl i then found messages from vodacom itself saying.... We hope you like your amazingcontent services there are still many to choose from... And there is a link with it.
I then went on to the vodacom app and saw i was invoiced for content services for more then 12 months, but i only received a few credit notes.... So i phoned them and asked themto review all my invoices as they have everything on the system i can almost guarantee they will find i am not in arears, but they reply to me and said they can only go back 3 months to ecalate for credit note.
Why must i phone in for this every month tonow find out it is them that iniciates this content services and now expectme to pay when i told them from the beginning the sim is never taken out of the router so how do i give any consent to content services i dont use it.
This is daylight robery!!!
