Content Services - WASP
<p>Since Oct 16 I have been charged R2541.20 (excl vat) on my Vodacom Account for Content Services. On googling what this is for I came accross a letter from another unhappy client saying that this is for WASP services that gets added to your account that you have not signed up for. I would like to know how this monthly deduction can be deducted off of my account without my consent? I do believe that if Vodacom cannot give me proof that I have signed up for this service then it is *****!!!!! I would like to know - Is Vodacom going to reimburse me for this service that I did not give my consent for? </p>
