Content services "Hunky Dory" and "ANDROIDP" were added to my number without my consent

Hello, This is a complaint to Vodacom. Recently Vodacom sent me an SMS telling me that I am subscribed to content service and reminded me to manage these services. The content services were "Hunky Dory" and "ANDROIDP". I was surprised as I never subscribed to anything like these. I have never heard of these! Can Vodacom please tell me: When were these service added to my account/number? Who added these services to my account? How did Vodacom allow these services to be added without my consent? How much airtime did they take from me in total? Is there anything I can do to recover the airtime I have lost? What are you doing to prevent this from happening again?

Although I appreciate the fact that Vodacom told me about these content services, stopping them from deducting R10 every day from my airtime. It's still shocking that this could happen without me knowing.
