Ek het net gister R29 airtime gekoop en nog voor ek ñ oproep kon maak sien ek my airtime balans staan skielik op R1.03 ek het geen toestemming gegee vir enige party om my airtine te vat nie ek neem vir vodacom verantwoordlik vir my airtime wat weg geraak het.Ek soek refund op al daardie airtime wat ek verloor het.
