CONTENT SERVICES!!! BE CAREFUL

I just got a call from Vodacom wanting to sell me extra data for my contract which I THOUGHT included one free gig of data - my phone bill is about R1500/month. I was told that this data is only valid for things like whatsappp. I never use this amount anyway. Just found out that I am getting charged an EXTRA R380 this month for CONTENT usage for GPS and videos etc. So much for the 1GB free bulldust. This was never explained to me and as a result this has cost me a lot of money. Just another example of false promotion and advertising from these rip-off ********* cell phone companies. The contract stipulates one free gig of data. never did it state excluding videos, gps etc. This should be explained clearly to clients. Its our hard-earned money you are debiting from YOUR CLIENTS VODACOM! on principle will port over to other provider in may after 20 years.
