Content Services

I just went online to check if my new contract is what a signed for and have noticed that I have a content service fee charged to my account of R412.98 which I have no idea what this is for. I never agreed to this and it was also never mentioned to me when I signed my new contract. I in fact asked and confirmed that the Smart L package is the amount that was advertised and that, that is the total amount of my bill. I do not understand this at all. In stead of having an account of R769.00 as advertised in their November brochure I am now having to pay and account of R1238.60. How is this possible?????
