Content Services

For the first time I have been charged for Content Services amounting to R171.92 plus VAT. In addition to this I am paying for BIS, Monthly Subscription Fees and Caller Identity plus VAT. I cannot for the life of me fathom out what Content Services means and why must I pay for this. Please explain as Vodacom is *********** many dissatisfied customers. I do not even use up my monthly airtime and I use about two sms's from the 200 that was allocated to me. This is baffling, I need answers as soon as possible.
