content services???

I discovered today that i have been paying more than R100 for the part 3 months for content services. I phoned vodacom to ask them what it is. The lady told me that it is a ringtone servic from opera telecoms. She said she would request them to stop it.<br> <br> And that is that. I asked her if she is sure that it would be stopped and she rep**** that she cant gaurantee it. <br> <br> The problem is that last month they deducted R180 for these services and it seems that the amount will progress. So I want it stopped now. And if I give vodacom instructions that no more payments should be made to this **** of a service, vodacom should cut them off.<br> <br> It seems that vodacom and opera telecoms are eating from the same pie. I did not give them any permission to deduct the money from my account and i find it absurd that vodacom doesnt protect their subcribers against ****s like this.<br> <br> If I did not give permission for the ringtones, why should I pay? Vodacom must guarantee me that the services would be stopped and that I am not liable for any of this junk. <br> <br>
