Content Services

I would like to find out what content services is - this has been on my account for the past 2 months and when I query it they say there is NO content services on my account. Yet I must pay and if I do not pay then my phones gets cut off - this is a loosing battle with Vodacom - we must pay for something that they do not even know what it is for. I would like Vodacom to please cancel all content services on my account and I will not be paying that amount anymore - this is something that has just been left in the air and we as consumers must just pay eventhough Vodacom cannot explain what the service is for. And again Vodacom is such a BIG company and if they charge R150 a month for all their customers just imagine what profit they are making. This is not the way to conduct business and when you call the call centre the person on the other side does not really have any answers for you - this is very frustrating. Please could Vodacom get back to me what the content services are for and why do we have to pay this even with NO explanation to what it is for that we have been charged.
