I have had a 3G account previously with Nashua now taken over by Vodacom.

I have had this account for years with the former Nashua and was never ever charged for CONTENT SERVICES. Since switching to Vodacom I now receive these exorbitant bills for Content Services. I was told not to click onto some advertising site that would charge me for something, something I still don't know that I never clicked on. I asked how this can be avoided and was told it cannot. In todays technological age, I am now being charged for surfing the internet and being charged additional to my subscription charge each month.

Each month I have to go into Vodacom to have myself unsubscribed from this service. Why do I have to go in to the shop to do this? Please explain to me what this charge is for. It is even more than what my monthly charge is for the 3G.

PLEASE EXPLAIN
