Any problem with Vodacom and you will find it difficult to contact them. Phoning can lead to endless cycles of entering and option until you find yourself back at the first question. They do not give an email address and send a message via the website doesnt seem to get an answer. I was unable to make calls, not even to them, for 24 hours
