Contact cover worth R0.00 but cost R9.99

Upgrade for dual phones .now they send second simcard with its own contract but it R0.00 but I am charged ar9.99 every month for contract cover on this new sim that worth noting. Try to cancel contract but no one picks up at the cancelation dep *** 😡
