Contact and block a number from a person that do not have a contract with Vodacom

Vodacom is one of the biggest cell phone companies. I have taken out a data contract out by vodacom for my daughter. The contract is paid up. It is not cancelled. It is currently on a month to month debit order. My pay was late this month and the debit order did not go off. What made me angry is that the contract is on my name, my ID NUMBER, MY ADDRESS AND THE DEBIT ORDER IS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BANKING ACCOUNT. What vodacom did was they end sms to my daughters phone. Today after i spoke to them, the go and block my daughters number. How could vodacom go so low and block a childs umber that is not responcible for the account. I hope many people see this review and do the same what I'm going to do and cancel their contract. I hope one of the managers will have the decency to contact me on ***to sort the problem out asap.
