I have a *****ulent contact on my name because vodacom did not do due diligent, I'm being debited huge amounts of money for a contract I don't know anything about.

well i still need more information and email is not the same as telephone call, because i still have question that are not answered?
Since it is confirmed that it is identity ***** do I have to open a case? If yes must it be for ***** or identity theft.
will I get details for the person who opened the contract and received the parcel their address?
What due diligence did Vodacom and it authorized online dealer do to ensure the authenticity of the information they received
Why didn't Vodacom do a debicheck when they were issuing the debit order mandate, or that is it that they prefer shortcuts which endanger innocent people.
Lastly I want to open a case, against Vodacom for negligence, please provide me with all the information of "Like Minds Online" so that I can provide the inspector and police.
