Consumer lies about package deals

A lady phoned me in July stating that I was paying too much for data and that she wants to migrate my package so that I can pay less but get more data. I asked her does that mean my monthly bill will cost me less and she said yes. I usually pay R513 and now suddenly I got a bill for R700! The lady who migrated it ****. The moment I saw this on the 31st of July I contacted vodacom and informed them of this trickery. They said that they would do a immediate reversal which they still have not done.So now they are going to ***** money for a service I don't really need. As I use wifi at work and at home.
