Consumer abuse

On the 22 June 2018 I went to Vodacom in Alberton. I advised them that I want to pay for the remaining term of my contract and they called the call centre and confirmed an amount for me to pay which was +- R7000. Now I am recieving smses from Vodacom indicating that I have an outstanding amount to pay. I am ****ed because I recieved the amount from Vodacom. This is ridiculous and is abusive to consumers. I want vodacom to get all the calls that I made to them in June 2018 since they claim that all calls are recorded as well as track the store which I payed this amount and sort this mess out. I want this contract cancelled with emmediate effect as well and want nothing to do with Vodacom.
