*********** consultants in the cancelation department

Terrible service by the cancelation department. I called in May to cancel my contract. I specifically made it clear to the consultant to cancel all the contracts under my name, that *********** consultant didn't, he left one. Now I'm getting billed for something that I had asked to be canceled. I called again asking why I am still being invoiced, a month later my query is still not resolved
