Consultants Don't Want to Help

My phone is in for repairs and should be just about done, but my backup phone just gave in and there's no way to check my job progress without getting an OTP no sent to my phone or getting the 20 digit SIM no from my settings. I also can't dial the call centre without a phone. So being limited to laptop internet, I opened a chat with 2 consultants, who both closed the chat as soon as I explained why I can't dial the call centre. I just want to know the job progress without driving all the way there, I'm a full time worker and have evening classes and would really have to sacrifice if I drive there for nothing. I have the job no, IMEI no, etc. for confirmation. Would be great if a consultant would help me out.

Reviewer Update

Good day,

A consultant still hasn't contacted me, in fact, I eventually managed to get in touch with your social media team. Even though they've been somewhat helpful, the phone is now taking more than 14 days for repairs. I explicitly requested when I booked the phone in, that I be notified if it's going to take longer and that the phone then rather be sent back to in such an event. The reason being, that I will be needing my phone for working purposes, and would rather have a semi-working phone than no phone at all. Despite the consultant saying I'll be notified, I wasn't notified, only found out yesterday when I borrowed someone's phone to make a call.

Your service is absolutely shocking. You just keep the disappointments coming.
