Consultants do not know their jobs!
VODACOM consultants don't know what they are doing. From one department to another. According to them my account is suspended, hence no services will be allocated. Spoke to another consultant who in fact verified, I am up to date so they not sure what the issue is. In all this, not one manager, team leader or supervisor was available to assist further.... REALLY????????
