Consultants cannot follow basic instructions.
I upgraded my contract this week over the phone and specifically told the consultant that should deliver the phone at my work address and it should only be delivered next week. Today my phone arrives at my home address. Wrong delivery date and wrong address. I can't believe that this consultant couldn't follow basic instructions.

22 Jun 2020, 13:46Was called today by someone at vodacom with more lies, turns out I will not be receiving my device any time within when it was promised because Vodacom won't confirm the delivery address change, which they messed up. One consultants stupidity can cause so much of problems. Advice to anyone is do not ever order anything over the phone with Vodacom, they are utterly useless.
