CONSULTANT THAT MESSED MY ORDER

I am extremely I mean extremely angry about the fact that I needed to upgrade my contract and when I did I was told I cant get any other phone but the Huawei p8lite and then whne I called after 7 days I was told it is out of stock and they will get stock today and whne I called a day after I was told they out od stock then I asked for the consultant to please check if I qualify for another contract and then I was told I do so I then upgraded to another phone the Samsung j7 which all was then then the consultant Nofundo took my details and everything was then comes to delivery its the incorrect address I called Rams I was told that Vodacom can only change the address then I called three times Vodacom the address was not changed I called again and Lynette was kind enough to assist me then I called Rams and was told the address has still not been changed I called to speak to Lynette and Nofundo answers and refuses for me to speak to Lynette. she insisted I give her the address and in a fit of rage I wanted to speak to a manger which she refused to do so I am extremely unhappy with the way everything was handle first the address was not taken down correctly then she was not willing to speak to the manger or Lynette what type of consultants do you employ. she made the mistake cud not even apologise for it I will take my contract to another vendor if this is not sorted out. This was not client service I received ever in my life. if I do not recieve my phone today I will see to it that I put this is every media possible on the **** service I received from Nofundo from Vodacom. Rude was not even the word she got me into such a stage that I almost will cancelle all my contracts with vodacom
