consultant that doesn't give a **** about her work and customers

on Thursday the 23rd i went to vodacom 4u in highveld mall to apply for a contract phone and when i get there i was helped by a lady named fifi or fufu don't even remember her name but she has a short hair, she gave me a form to fill at about 16:50 and she said she will call me and never did until the mall closed at 6pm. Friday afternoon i went to her to get feedback because she didn't call me and when i got to the shop she didn't even come to me and explain what happened her colleague approached me and i told her that i was here on Thursday n that lady helped me when her colleague came back she told me stories that fifi said she called me while she did not call me, and she was not willing to help me all she said was i should leave my documents and she will send me an sms if my contract has been approved. i didn't understand why should i leave my documents because she should have helped me same day. so i went to vodashop only to find out that the lady did register my details and i couldn't continue with the application at vodashop. i want her to delete my registration with her so that i could go to vodashop to get assistant because vodacom 4u in highveld mall sucksssssss when it comes to services..............it sucks !!!!!! i want her to delete my registration in her system so that i can go do an application at VODASHOP!!!!
