Consultant opening ********** account on my name

I have recently opened a top up account with Vodacom Hazyview. The consultant, Brilliant, opened another account on my name that I didn't sign for. With this ********** account he opened, a bill has generated that now has caused both my husband and my top up numbers to be blocked due to credit limit bar reached unless I pay the bill generated for the contract that Brilliant the consultant, has opened *******ly in my name. The manager at the store is also not helpful as he knows his employee messed up, and not helping the situation. This is now more than a week that I am not able to use my top up account and the bill on my name not cleared. Opted for the top up account option so that I never have to worry about a bill generating for spending more than I can afford and now this happen. I have opened a case of ***** against Brilliant, the store manager and the Vodacom shop in Hazyview. When phoning customer care, the voice prompts system this amount of over R2700 will be deducted off my account at the end of February, even though I don't give authorization for it. I have been with Vodacom for more than 18 years and never experienced any bad service.
