Consultant gave me false information

I called vodacom on the 24th of march to cancel a contract that would expire in April 2021. The lady i spoke to did not want to cancel my contract she said she will give me a new package for 10gig anytime data for R99 each month, that can be cancelled at anytime. this is not what happened she upgraded me to a 24 months contract and 5gig for the day and 5gig for the night. This was not the agreement i had. I want this contract cancelled.
