Consultant dropped call in my ear
The customer service I received from Vodacom was appalling. I have had it with Vodacom. I have been calling Vodacom for the past few weeks to sort out my billing. The consultant that took my last call is not fit for the job. No telephone etiquette at all. The consultant dropped the call in my ear.
