Consultant defrauted me

I was defrauted by a vodacom consultant who took IPHONE 11 on my profile. My cheque account was debited with about R400 on the 09/01/2020. I went to the shop to complain and was promised that my money will be credited between 20th and 25th of Feb but still nothing. I need my money
