Constantly being subscribed to services without my consent

Every time I recharge I am suddenly subscribed to certain things. Even when I unsubscribe I am added back. I called vodacom and the CS agent said there is nothing they can do. Is Vodacom hacked or something? I do not subscribe to the things ever and do not want my airtime/data wasted on ******* I did not sign up for.
