Constant pathetic service

I have had the unfortuante experience of having my cellphone number blocked. This number is actually used by myself, (i pay for the account- my banking details) however the account holder is my mother. When i tried using the number for a phone call i was advised that it is blocked and i was put through directly to your call centre. Upon where you advised me that the account holder needs to actually call in so my mother who is in Durban miles away from the cellphone in question now needs to call you guys to enquire about the account, which by the way I PAY.

Last year when calling to make changes on this number my mother had the exact same problem where she contacted you and was sent from pillar to post. She then advised that she does not want to deal with you and for you to only deal with me and provided my name and ID number to be kept on system. This was kept on your system as i constantly made calls months alater and you guys took my calls. However I call through today to find that, that note was not saved. How is it then that notes and instructions fall off your system?????????

To make matters worst i get my mother to call in because i urgently require this line connected. The consultant assisting asks her for her address and ID number which she provided - she then proceeded to ask her about what package she has, but wait thats not the words used, instead she asked my mum wat vodacom does she get on her sim. Now how can you expect your customers to get proper assistance when the consutlants themselves are so clueless. She further went and asked my mother for her vodacom account number. Now this has happened unexpectedly where is my mother going to pull this information from tell me?????? Further to that i pay the account and the invocies are sent to my e-mail address. So she the valid account holder is now also denied access as she failed to answer 3 consecutive questions. When her ID number is given why then does she have to be asked further questions. Is this the kind of patheic service you guys deliver?

How is it that the account holder has more rights over the person paying this account. It is because of this stupid pathetic excuse of customer service that my mother no longer wanted to deal with you and asked me to not only take over payment but also put through a request for me to deal the account?

If you are able to see my banking details and confirm my email address how is it then that i am denied access when i have all the information ?????

Now i am unable to use the phone and further to that I am unable to get assistance to help and check the account to understand what is happenening because according to Vodacom i am not the account holder and my mother who doesn't ever use the account cannot provide the details you require.

What a flawed system you have here. you provide and sell products to your customers and then you deny them access to their accounts.

But heres the beuaty of it all - you guys are denying me access when i am trying to pay you. This is exactly what happened previosuly. I was the person going around trying to find out what to pay you guys because i was being denied access. Is this something you do with all your clients? You don't provide information in advance, then cut services without notice and then when we try to make contact and request what is wrong, we have enormous problems trying to gain access the account to make payment?

I do hope this matter is taken seriously and I am called regarding this poor display of customer service .... on what number I do not know.

You guys seriously need to rethink your customer service strategy and also ensure that your consultants go for proper training.

It is because of disgusting service like this that you lose customers.
