Constant network issues
Unbelievably bad service from call centers and live agents. I'm paying R1000 pm for lte that doesnt work and everytime you query the network they make as if you've never queried it before. Its pathetic that no matter what customers do or how much they complain they just get ****med anyway. I dont even get to use all my data because the internet is so damn slow!!! Service is trash both client based and network based. Catch a wake up people.
