Constant bad service and no feedback

I was due for an upgrade with Vodacom on 01 August 2016. I called in to Vodacom Online to process my application on 17 August 2016 and was assisted by Sabeeha Basheer. After not receiving any feedback from Sabeeha that this has indeed been processed, or a reference number for my updgrade, I called in 3 days later to follow up. I was then sent from pillar to post as no one could assist or explain to me how this was not processed.

I finally managed to get through to Sabeeha on 22 August 2016, after speaking to several people, not of who was really interested in taking accountability or trying to solve my query. Sabeeha promised me twice on the 22nd that she would call me back with feedback, which she didnt. And she also could not give me any feedback on how far my application was. I then called again on 23 August 2016 asking why I had not had any feedback, to which Sabeeha answered she did not call me as she had no feedback at all. I am sorry, but a courtesy call at this moment would have been great.

I then spoke to her manager, Jennifer Britz on 24 August 2016 who said she will be taking over my query and provide me with feedback by COD on 24 August 2016. It is now 12:48 on 25 August 2016 and neither one of the Vodacom employees bothered to call me. I called again and asked for Jennifer, to which Sabeeha answered. Once again with attitude and stating we can go ahead and cancel the upgrade rather.

I feel am quite shocked that Vodacom would employ people in a Customer Service/Sales enviromnent with such little passion for their jobs and customers. The fact that I received constant attitude and not one single solution is disgusting.

I have had my contract with Vodacom since 2008 and since then have taken another 2 contracts, totalling 3 accounts with Vodacom. But it seems like Vodacom does not care about retaining loyal customers as myself.
