Conspiracy and cover up

Vodacom have double standards. According to there rules they are not allowed to open any laptop units that are handed in for repairs. They are suppose to send the laptop units in to the warranty company. After we handed in the laptop for repairs Donovan at East Rand Mall Vodacom opened the laptop and removed the memory card and cmos battery. Now the warranty company is refusing to repair the unit under warranty also claiming there is a ***** missing and that the cmos battery is dislodged. Both these companies are pulling back their shoulders and conspiring together and covering up one another just not to repair the laptop under warranty. Conveniently Vodacom's cctv footage can only show recordings as far back as 30 days. This is a big lie and cover up by Vodacom with double standards.
