Consistent at giving poor service.

The services received from Vodacom has been horrible for the past few months. Every agent has a different story. No I am being told i took out another contract that I know nothing of. Are you not supposed to receive confirmation when you take up a new contract or get a call from Vodacom to verify? I keep calling Vodacom Online and had two agents hang up on me today. I think the other lady was Nompumelelo who didn't even listen to my whole story.
