Considerate and caring
I'd like to commend Nombulelo Jordan for treating me with the utmost respect, humility and care when I contacted Vodacom business earlier today. She could easily sense confusion and irritation in my voice as I had gotten no joy from the previous two agents I spoke to. Her calm nature displayed during the phone call calmed me down and really gave hope that I would be assisted. What got me impressed was when she gave instructions and promissed to give me a follow up call which she did against my expectations. Thank you for such a humbling experinece of the basics being done correctly.
