Connection fee + incorrect billing

I signed up on a Vodacom uChoose Flexi 110 contract for R99 per month last week (online), and received the first invoice this week, for R207.00. This is made up of R110 subscription (should be R99) and a R97 connection fee, which should not apply as it was an online order.

This is the fourth time I've had to point this same error out to Vodacom over the course of 3 years (I doubt it's ever done correctly, so they must be *********** all online customers this way) and I don't have another hour to sort it out with their call centre.

I know Vodacom charges R100 for unpaid debit orders not honoured - should customers not be entitled to compensation for Vodacom's stuff-ups too? The issues seem to be much more prevalent this way around...

I'd appreciate it if Vodacom could fix this system issue permanently - I shouldn't have to ask them to honour their promises.
