Connection, connection, connection...

Hello again Vodacom, just so you know... I am going to get a Telkom simcard, put it in my phone and test the connection for a week. If within this week I find that connection is better than that of Vodacom I will be cancelling my Vodacom contracts (3 of them) and move over to Telkom. I will NOT pay any cancellation fees because nowhere in either of the 3 contracts does Vodacom stipulate that signal is a depending factor. These contracts were sold to me under false conditions and I am happy to settle this in the small-claims court. Vodacom sells thousands of new contracts on a daily basis and cannot provide for their current clients! Vodacom, you offer a service BUT CANNOT DELIVER! Why should I continue paying if you are in breach of contract?
