Confusion
I ordered last week Wednesday a 2 iphone deal which there was stock was available for the specifics that I chose and I received a quotation , reference and I was told my order status is awaiting dispatch , and I called in again and again they Said my order is packed and they are just waiting on courier to collect it , it is almost Wednesday again and I have no further information yet time is going by and a debit charged and ready to deduct sooner than my date set for it to deduct and I still have no info on whether my order will be collected and delivered soon a agent gave me a tracking number for my order but I haven't received a sms from ram
Please help because I don't wanna sit with an order and money getting deducted yet I have no phones

How has it been resolved , what is the new update on my issue , I recieved a call from one of the agents and she said she'll get back to me once the warehouse gets back to her then I recieved that sms can you please give me a call back , I'd like to understand
