Confusion?
following my complaints over the last month regarding my account i received an SMS confirming my account will be loaded with 500MB for 6 months and R150 airtime. problem is after the double debit of my account i was offered 500MB for 12 months - not 6. so once again things are not going according to Vodacoms own offer. how about a gesture of goodwill now - make the data available for 24 months?
