Confused of trade in at Vodacom

Good day, my experience is a follows.

I went to the nearest Vodashop, which is at East Point, East Rand Mall, Boksburg, as on their website it shows one can do a trade in on your Samsung S series device to a newer Samsung S series device, and that it expires on 31 March 2024.

Upon arriving at the Vodashop, I explained that I would like to do a trade in, she then asked me for my mobile number, then my name and surname, as it is part of their security question. She then told me that I am due for an upgrade in December 2024, that it will be easier to do the trade in at that time, but then I explained, that on their website, it doesn't indicate that a person must be due for an upgrade to qualify, she checked and saw that, in other words, the information given on your website, is not 100% correct. Please clarify that for me, I then went to Incredible Connections mobile service, the lady checked and showed me that I qualify for a trade in of R3029, on my Samsung S21, storage space is 256GB, dual Sim, but then she told me that she had a similar client earlier, he told her that on Samsung's website, they offer R10,000 for the trade in, so now I am asking, what do I need to do, as the consultant confused me.

Thanks

No consultant phoned me back, also, why don't you put on your website, that the only people who qualifies for a trade in, is people due for and upgrade, cause it doesn't show anywhere there on your website, I still want to do a trade in, I will ask this question everyday untill some consultant is willing and able to assist me in this matter
