Confused Customer
Good day, My invoice states "200 Mbps Vuma Aerial Uncapped Monthly Allocation" (and also references a 240800 Kbps line speed). However, after contacting Vodacom, I was informed that I am subscribed to a 100/100 Mbps package. I have also performed speed tests over a 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection, which consistently achieve approximately 106 Mbps download and 108 Mbps upload, confirming a 100 Mbps service. Please explain why my invoice reflects a 200 Mbps package if my subscribed service is 100 Mbps. If the invoice is incorrect, please correct it. If the invoice is correct, please ensure my line is provisioned accordingly.
The lady I spoke to now, very friendly and polite servce give. She offered me a reduced premium for 100/50 speed and said she'll send me the quotation to sign. I don't want to sign just yet, until I've been given clarity of the dispute.
"What is the current monthly price to upgrade my existing contract from 100/100 Mbps to 200/200 Mbps?"
